Charlotte has been recognized for her tremendous talent by The Univerity of the Arts in Philadelphia and has been accepted into their Summer Musical Theater Program.
KRYSTAL RAJKOWSKI
Krystal's hard work and skill has been recognized by Oklahoma City University. She has been offered and accepted a scholarship to major in dance management this fall. Krystal had to complete a competitive seven hour audition in ballet, tap and jazz, in addition to performing a solo piece! Out of 160 applicants, only 60 dancers were accepted. Oklahoma City Unversity is well known for its strong theatre dance program and for its faculty of nationally recognized performers and choreographers.
VELIA BIAGIANTI and ALISON DUFFY
Velia Biagianti was crowned Burtonsville’s Outstanding Teen 2007 and was Miss Cecil County’s Outstanding Teen 2006. Alison Duffy was crowned Miss Cecil County’s Outstanding Teen 2007 and she was voted “Miss Congeniality”. Both girls will compete for Miss Maryland Outstanding Teen in Hagerstown, MD this June. Contestants are judged on talent, private interview, fitness, evening wear presentation, and scholastic achievement.

Emily Bordley: Scholarship to Maryland Dance Festival 2008
Kaitlyn Glenn: 3 classes at the CCBC World Dance Festival and Essex World Dance Festival
Kelsey Stenta: Won 2nd place in the scholarship auditions, a scholarship to Ballet Theatre of Maryland Summer Intensive Program, and she is the alternate for Towson University’s undergraduate program.
Kelly Martineau: a scholarship for contemporary dance summer camp at the Experimental Movement Concepts in PA.
Diana Gaul: won a cash award for 3rd place in overall high audition score and a full scholarship to attend the Point Park International Summer Dance Program.
Alison Duffy: 2 classes at the CCBC World Dance Festival.

The 2006 Maryland Dance Festival was held at Western High in Baltimore on October 27th through October 29th. In addition to performing, students participated in master classes, workshops, and auditions. We are very proud of their hard work and dedication. |
